Service Description

We provide Developers with a complimentary 1-hour 'Discovery Call'. Yes, we mean Free. Having an Owners Rep means, you have a dedicated person whose main focus is to have your interests covered throughout the project. We think of this one hour call as the 'getting to know each other a bit' to ensure we are a good fit. During this call, we do ask that you come prepared to share as many specific areas of your project needs that you and your team identify. Our areas of experience in design, planning, outreach/engagement, entitlements, procurement, and close out provide a template for you in preparing for our call. This is the beginning of a relationship built on communication and trust. We love our clients and want to be with them long term. After our call, GMD will get to work and prepare a scope in draft outlining the services for your review including costs for each project. Not sure of what you need? No problem. We provide services at any point of the project. You choose whether you want assistance on a short-term basis or for the entire project. We understand things move quickly in development and we know how to pivot priorities and can adjust our services to help improve the success of your project schedule completing on target and reducing costs.
